⦁ AMA SCHOOL OF MEDICINE is a part of Ama Education System which is an established brand in the field of education in the Philippines and other southeast Asian countries. AMA School of Medicine (AMASOM) is housed in Ama College Makati which is located at the heart of Makati City the Financial and Business capital the Philippines.
Ama School of Medicine has several facilities for students enhancement of their clinical and practical skills including laboratories for Histology, Gross Anatomy, Microbiology, Parasitology, and Pathology. Students perform hands-on dissection of cadavers in Gross Anatomy.
The MD degree (equivalent to M.B.B.S in India) is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI). After graduating from Ama school of Medicine student can be given license to practice in India if they qualify the licensing Exam of Indian Medical Council.
Ama School of Medicine offers 4 Year M.D. program (equivalent to M.B.B.S in India. Medical School teaches student clinical oriented subject and problem-based method of training. Program Structure of AMA school of Medicine:
The medical education system of the Philippines is slightly different from Russia, China, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan. Philippines Education system follows U.S. pattern syllabus.
Duration of Course:
After class 12: 6 year (2 years of Pre- Medical and 4 years of Medical Education)
After Bachelors in Science stream: 4 years of Medicine.

⦁ Admission & Visa processing includes: MEA attestation, Red Ribbon and Visa fees.
⦁ Visa Extension, Visa Conversion, ACR registration, Medical Test, NBI registration & Examination Fees is 700$ (First Year Only) + 200$ (Visa extension).
⦁ If the student is below 18 years then SSP is required which student have to pay 8,000 PHP for every three months to the immigration department until the student is of 18 years.

University of Perpetual Help Manila

University of Perpetual Help ( UoPH) is a missionary Catholic University having several campuses across all over the Philippines. University has their medical university in Las Pina Manila, where Indian Students are admitted in the course of medicine.
UoPH was established in 1975 by Dr. (Brigadier) Antonia Tamayo, Dr. Daisy Tamayo, and Ernesto Crisostomo as Perpetual Help College of Rizal.
In total University has 9 campuses offering 70 courses in 20 colleges. Graduates from the University of Perpetual Help call themselves as Perpetualites with Alumni chapters in Philippines and USA.
University offers the Doctor of Medicine or MD program in the Philippines. The degree is recognized by the Medical Council of India and it is equivalent to MBBS in India. Degree Awarded from Uoph is recognized by the following institution in the world :

The university has a tremendous record in the licensing examination. In the last 5 year from Jan 2008 to Dec 2012, UoPH students have a 100% passing rate in USMLE (the United States Medical Licensing Exam).
Curriculum
Indian students who have completed their 12th and want to get admitted in UoPH will be offered AB psychology (2years) followed by M.D. (equivalent to MBBS) 4 years’ program.
In total student will be admitted in the 6-year program (2-year premedical and 4-year MD).
And if a student who has completed his/her graduation in science stream will be admitted in 4 year M.D. Program directly.
